Ethics and Standards of Conduct Policy
The policy is the Code of Conduct System Administration employees are expected to model in order to instill ethical decision-making, behavior, results, and trust and confidence in the integrity of the entire °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app.
Reporting Suspected Wrongdoing Policy
The policy sets out the expectations for employees, third-parties who act on behalf of the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app, and other individuals to make good faith reports of suspected wrongdoing, and the prohibition against retaliation toward those who make good faith reports of wrongdoing, participate in related investigations or seek guidance from the UNTSA Compliance & Ethics Program.
Compliance and Ethics Program Policy
The policy sets out the structure and process to identify, assess, monitor, oversee and ensure System Administration employees and third-parties who act on behalf of the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app comply with applicable laws, Regents Rules, System Regulations and System Administration policies.
Compliance & Ethics Program Ethics Advisory Opinions
The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app Administration Compliance & Ethics Program, in consultation with the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app Office of General Counsel, responds to questions regarding the application of the System Administration policy. The Program also works with the System Administration Office of Contract Administration when reviewing disclosures made pursuant to the Purchasing and Contracting .
The Program will publish ethics advisory opinions when answers to ethics and disclosure questions have general application to the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app. These opinions are for educational purposes and general guidance only and are not a substitute for legal advice or guidance from the Office of General Counsel regarding specific ethics and disclosure questions.
System Administration officials are responsible for obtaining advice from the Office of General Counsel regarding the potential legal consequences of any decision or action related to the Ethics and Standards of Conduct policy and Purchasing and Contracting Conflict of Interest Disclosure Guidelines.
